The Stan Sport Rugby Heaven team discussed the upcoming Buildcorp Super Rugby Women's semi-finals featuring the Western Force in Fiji.

The Western Force have learned their Buildcorp Super Rugby Women's semi-finals fate with a date with the Fijian Drua in Suva from 12:35pm WST on Friday.

The NSW Waratahs and Drua earned precious home ground advantage with the 2024 Super W semi-final fixtures now confirmed.

The first semi-final on Friday will see back-to-back champions Fijian Drua continue their quest for a historic three-peat as they face the Western Force at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.

The Force narrowly missed out on second spot and hosting rights for the semi-final despite registering equal points with the Drua, due to head-to-head record, having lost 19-5 to the Drua in Round 3.

The NSW Waratahs, who finished top of the table after going undefeated through the regular season, will then tackle the ACT Brumbies at Allianz Stadium on Friday evening.

"After a thrilling regular season the 2024 Buildcorp Super Rugby Women's competition is set up for a spectacular finale," Rugby Australia GM Women's Rugby Jilly Collins said.

"With Grand Final berths up for grabs in Suva and Sydney, we can't wait to see some of our game's greatest athletes fight it out for a place in the decider."

The 2024 Buildcorp Super Rugby Women's Grand Final will be played at Ballymore Stadium on Sunday 28 April.

Every game of the Finals Series will be broadcast live, on-demand and ad-free on Stan Sport.
