The Academy programme runs throughout the year, drawing in the best local WA talent and recruiting from the eastern seaboard and abroad, with players working with experienced coaches and support staff, and provided with a broad range of training and playing experiences to support their evolution.
The programme offers selected young players the opportunity to hone their rugby skills and craft, maximise their talents and learn how to become professional athletes in a world-class environment.
The Academy provides a clear pathway aligned with the Western Force. Academy players will learn how to play the Force way and work closely with Force coaches, with a view to stepping into Super Rugby ranks.
