Western Force Academy front-rower Jasper Asi has been named in Chris Whitaker’s Australia U20s’ 32-man training camp squad that will assemble in Coffs Harbour in April as part of the Coffs Coast Festival of Rugby.
Force Academy head coach Jeremy Thrush will also join the camp as forwards coach, while Academy physiotherapist Chris Russell will also work with the group.
The week-long camp begins on Saturday 4 April and will kick off preparations for the U20 Rugby Championship in South Africa, followed by the Junior World Rugby Championship in Georgia.
Whitaker will be joined by his coaching team of Damien Hill (Defence), Thrush (Forwards) and Matthew Evrard/Nic Henderson (Scrum) for the 2026 season.
Chris Whitaker said: "After a competitive Super Rugby Next Gen competition to begin the year, we are pleased to name an exciting 32-man squad for our first camp of 2026.
"Coffs Coast Festival of Rugby gives us our first chance to start building connection on-and-off the field.
