Collar Group signs multi-year deal as official recruitment partner

The Western Force is thrilled to announce Collar has broadened its partnership to encompass all high-performance pillars including the Mens, Women’s, Academy and Pathways Programs.

The partnership sees the Collar logo sit proudly on the playing shorts but more importantly, assist our players and their families find employment in WA.

Collar's Founder and CEO, Ephram Stephenson, expressed his passion for broadening his support, highlighting the need for diversity and inclusion in grassroots rugby.

"We are thrilled to announce our multi-year partnership with the Western Force, becoming their official recruitment partner across the men's, women's, Academy and pathway teams. Together, we will inspire the next generation of athletes and nurture a strong sense of belonging within the rugby community,” Ephram commented.
