Western Force fly-half Ben Donaldson will return to the Wallabies starting XV for this weekend’s clash with Argentina in Mendoza from 5am WST Sunday live on Stan Sport.
Force playmaker Donaldson has been selected to start at fly-half in his first appearance in the gold 10 jersey since 2024, partnering Ryan Lonergan who will continue his streak starting every Test so far this season.
Wallaby number 939, Tom Wright will bring up his 50th cap for Australia on Saturday, named to start at full-back.

Wright, who made his debut against New Zealand in 2020, will form a back three with Max Jorgensen and Filipo Daugunu who starts on the wing for the first time since last year’s Test against Ireland in Dublin.
Captain Harry Wilson returns to lead the team, forming a familiar back row alongside last weekend’s man of the match Fraser McReight and two-time John Eales Medallist Rob Valetini.
Experienced props Angus Bell and Taniela Tupou are also back in the run on side, linking with Billy Pollard in the starting front row, while Force skipper Jeremy Williams and Josh Canham will continue to build on their partnership as the two locks.
There’s also a change in the midfield, with Len Ikitau and Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii to reignite their combination, having started together 16 times in the Wallabies last 25 Tests.
Hooker Josh Nasser and props Aidan Ross and Massimo De Lutiis will bring their Queensland connection to the replacement front row.
Their club teammate Lukhan Salakaia-Loto will feature in his second Test of 2026 as the substitute lock, while Charlie Cale will again provide further forward cover at Estadio Malvinas Argentinas.
Kalani Thomas, 24, has been selected for his second Test as the replacement scrum-half, with Carter Gordon and Isaac Henry rounding out the matchday 23 in Mendoza.
Wallabies Head Coach Les Kiss said: “After a physical Test last week, we’ve brought in some fresh bodies alongside some existing combinations as we continue to look to build Test experience across the group.
“We’re expecting a strong response from Argentina on Saturday and we know we will need to keep stepping up our game in all areas.”
