Elan and the Western Force extend partnership

The Western Force are proud to announce that Elan have renewed as one of the Club’s official pathway partners supporting the Fortescue Academy Programme and the Force U16 and U19 teams.

The partnership, bringing together two WA organisations, has been renewed on a long-term basis.

Based in Welshpool, Elan are a local company that transforms waste tyres into sustainable raw materials with no waste or by-products, sharing the Force’s value of sustainability to form an aligned partnership.

Elan originally came on board in support of the inaugural Force teams in last year’s Men’s Super Rugby U16 and U19s Championships.

Given Elan’s local connection, the company are committed to developing pathways for WA talent to achieve their goals.

Elan’s logo will be proudly displayed on the sleeve of the 2024 Western Force teams competing in the Men’s Super Rugby U16 and U19s Championships, as well as on the apparel of the Fortescue Academy players and coaches. 

Elan managing director Ian Bellinge said: “At Elan, our commitment lies in shaping goals and pathways for the upcoming generation.

“We are proud to announce the continuation of our valuable collaboration with the Fortescue Academy, ensuring the growth of U16's and U19's programs for 2024 and beyond."
