Several Western Force Academy players will hit the park this Saturday in the Fortescue Premier Grade semi-finals.
Fortescue Academy trio Justin Landman, HD Stemmet and Cristiano Tizzano will be part of Associates’ side that hosts Nedlands from 3:40pm Saturday at Allen Park. Stemmet is named to return from injury.
Academy back-rower and Australia U20s rep Dane Sawers has been named to line up for Kalamunda when they make the trip to minor premiers Palmyra from 3pm Saturday at Tompkins Park. This game will be live on Stan Sport.
The winners of the semi-finals will meet in the Grand Final to be played at Kalamunda’s Hartfield Reserve on Saturday 7 September.
This Saturday will also see the promotional match played where Issak Fines-Leleiwasa’s Perth Bayswater will take on UWA for the right to feature in Conference A in 2025. Fines-Leleiwasa wasn't in Baysie's 23-member team named on Friday.
Elsewhere around Australia, Max Burey, Henry O’Donnell and Siosifa Amone’s Northern Suburbs will play Eastern Suburbs in the NSW Shute Shield Grand Final at Leichhardt Oval from 12:45pm WST on Saturday. The game will be broadcast on Stan Sport.
In Queensland’s Hospital Cup Grand Final, Harry Hoopert and Finn Prass are set to line up for Brothers when they take on Wests from 12:45pm WST at Ballymore Stadium. The game will also be broadcast on Stan Sport.
