Force Super W stars to feature in Fortescue Premier Grade finals

A host of Western Force Super W stars will line up in the Fortescue Women’s Premier Grade finals which commence on Saturday.

Wallaroos pair Hera-Barb Malcolm Heke and Samantha Wood along with the returning Nicole Ledington, Braxton Walker and Libya Teepa are set to play for Kalamunda in their clash with Palmyra from 11am at Tompkins Park.

Kendra Fell and Ariana Ruru-Hinaki are in the mix to play for Pally with teams to be confirmed on Friday.

Minor premiers Wanneroo will face Wests Scarborough from 11am at Allen Park, with Anneka Stephens set to play.

Lucy Dinnen and Trilleen Pomare are also in contention to play for Wanneroo, who will feature Force extended squad members Nami Dickson and Paihau Pomare, while Brooklyn Teki-Joyce is set to captain the Warriors with Michaela Leonard likely to miss after the latest Wallaroos camp.

The winners of the semi-finals will meet in the Grand Final to be played at Kalamunda’s Hartfield Reserve on Saturday 7 September.
