The Western Force have made two changes to the starting line-up for Sunday’s SMARTECH Super Rugby Women’s semi-final against the NSW Waratahs at Leichhardt Oval in Sydney.
Fourteen-cap Wallaroos outside back Samantha Treherne along with Wanneroo teenager Ngamihi Monk are added to the starting backline for Sunday’s game which kicks off at 1:05pm WST live on Stan Sport.
Monk, 18, comes into the Force starting XV for the first time, with Fijian winger Adi Vani Buleki unavailable.
The Force have named an unchanged forward pack for the game, coming only weeks after a narrow 26-21 loss to the Waratahs in Sydney.
Scrum-half Georgia Cormick returns to the impact squad. Outside back Halley Derera is in line for her Force Super W debut among the impact squad.
Japanese loosehead prop Megumi Takagi will start on the front row alongside Wallaroos hooker Hera-Barb Malcolm Heke and Kalamunda tighthead prop Braxton Walker.
Wallaroos duo Sera Naiqama and Michaela Leonard maintain their lock partnership, with Tamika Jones, Ashley Marsters and Pia Tapsell in the back row.
Japanese scrum-half Mio Yamanaka starts again, alongside Kalamunda fly-half Nicole Ledington.
Wallaroos pair Trilleen Pomare and Cecilia Smith start again at the centres, with Wests Scarborough winger Brooklyn Teki Joyce, Monk and Treherne rounding out the back three.
The game marks the Force’s second-ever Super W semi-final, having reached the finals for the first time last year.
Sunday’s game kicks off at 1:05pm WST and is live on Stan Sport.
