The Western Force is thrilled to team up with MatchWornShirt (MWS) with a partnership that will see the side’s actual playing jerseys from four games later this season available for the public to purchase.
MWS was founded in 2017 and is the leading platform for match-worn and signed football shirts, partnering with over 400 global sports clubs.
The platform offers collectibles from a wide range of sports including rugby, football, cricket and cycling.
The partnership will see the 23 Force player worn jerseys from the Round 14 zero2hero Charity Game against the Queensland Reds and the Round 16 Members Game against the NSW Waratahs all auctioned off.
There will also be match worn jerseys from two Swyftx Super Rugby Women’s fixtures auctioned off during that season in June and July too.
The auctions, which will commence upon kick-off at the games, will be promoted by MWS and the Western Force through their channels, running for seven to 12 days after each game.
The Force-Reds game will be the Club’s zero2hero Charity Game, with the proceeds raised from the jersey sales to go towards the charity.
zero2hero is a Western Australian not-for-profit focused on prevention and early education, delivering industry-leading youth mental health programs that equip young people with practical skills to understand and manage their mental health.
As part of the deal, two men’s and women’s fully signed jerseys will also be auctioned off.
