For food and beverages, there will be food trucks at the venue and UWA Rugby Club will open up their bar facilities behind the western grass hill for drinks. The Bledisloe Cup will be on the TV in the club rooms.
Unfortunately, due to a combination of injuries along with Wallaroos and Australia A selections, the women’s game will now be played as a scrimmage session with Perth Gold players from 12:30pm instead.
Ahead of the Super Rugby Men’s U16s and U19s Championships which starts on Sunday 29 September, the two Force under-age teams will have warm-up games from 10:30am.

How do you get there?
UWA Sports Park is located off Brockway Road in Mt Claremont. The rugby ground is in the south-west corner of the fields.
There is plenty of parking at the venue and we recommend driving to the venue.
There are limited public transport options, with buses 28 and 999 passing nearby. Check Transperth for further info.
Where can I sit?
Anywhere around the venue but we recommend the western grass hill for an elevated view with shade and to avoid looking into the sun.
Who’s playing?
The Force will announce their team list on Thursday.

What’s the purpose of the game?
The one-off game offers the Force a final tune-up before the men’s squad departs for a three-game South Africa spring series tour, flying out on Wednesday 25 September.
The Force will face the Cheetahs and Emerging Ireland in the Toyota Challenge (both games streamed by Stan Sport) before a behind-closed-doors clash with the DHL WP XV. The 30-player Force squad for the tour is available here.
Perth Gold is a part of RugbyWA's representative community pathway program catering for player and coach progression and aspiration. With a long history, the Premier state team has been representing the state domestically and internationally since the early 1900s, and having notably come against the Wallabies, the British Irish Lions and the Springboks.
The game is set to occur a fortnight after the conclusion of RugbyWA’s 2024 season, with participants selected from the Fortescue Men’s and Women’s Premier Grade having the opportunity to show why they are the best in grass roots rugby in the state.
2025 Force Memberships are due to go on sale in October at westernforce.rugby.
