The Western Force is delighted to welcome Lite n' Easy to the table as the Super W squad's official nutritional supplier.

Lite n' Easy has just been awarded Canstar Blue's best Healthy Meal Delivery Service in the country for the fourth year in a row. They are the only brand to be given five stars in almost every category including; variety of meals, freshness, website/app experience, delivery, customer service, value for money, and overall satisfaction, continuing to be the most trusted healthy meal delivery service.

The Super W team has just completed their most successful year in competition yet. Guided by the high-performance staff, the Force women continue to pave the path for female rugby opportunities. So, with the assistance of ready-made, nutritious meals, the team will be fuelled to tackle the challenges of balancing full-time work, study, parenthood, and a semi-professional rugby career.

By delivering close to 2000 healthy and delicious prepared meals straight to Force HQ, Lite n' Easy is helping improve female athletes' barriers by eliminating meal preparation time and putting their health and well-being first.

Lite n' Easy Senior Dietitian Ashleigh Jones explains, "Lite n’ Easy can now deliver a range of meal solutions that provide a healthy foundation for a performance diet. Designed by dietitians and prepared by chefs, the meals not only taste great, but they also contain more than 30g of protein, a nutrient essential for muscle growth and recovery from training.”

"The team continually goes above and beyond to ensure our meals are as delicious as they are healthy. Everything is made using the highest quality ingredients, and it’s all perfectly portioned and nutritionally balanced,"

"With over 235 healthy and delicious meals, Lite n' Easy offers a nutrient-rich foundation to support the optimal performance of any athlete. We are proud to support the Western Force Super W squad in 2023."

Sophy Foreman, Force's Accredited Practicing Sports Dietitian, is thrilled with the new partnership, commenting on the ease and convenience Lite n' Easy provides and the reassuring thought of the players in taking daily nutritional goals.

"The Lite n' Easy meals have given us a convenient and tasty solution to assist the Western Force Super W recovery. Training sessions often finish late, so these meals have ensured that the team is nutritionally well-supported. The extensive range allows plenty of variety, and the meals contain a good mix of protein and carbohydrates, essential for muscle recovery and refuelling."

With this winning combination, the Force is hungry to initiate the partnership and see the team thrive in 2024.
