Her ability to not only find the try line but also to provide defensive pressure, was a clear standout throughout the campaign for the Divaz.

The 34-year-old Force stalwart was presented with her award by RugbyWA Life Membership inductee and Wallaroo #71 Debbie Carley.

Stephens wasn’t the only Force player to be recognized at Wednesday’s RugbyWA Grand Final breakfast at Rendezvous Hotel Scarborough.

Force and Wests-Scarborough utility Brooklyn Teki-Joyce was in the mix for Women’s Top Try Scorer with 10 tries across six games, but that was won by Wanneroo's Majesty Pomare with 12. Force and Wanneroo back-rower Tamika Jones wasn't far off with seven tries.

For Women's Top Point Scorer, Wanneroo's newly recalled Wallaroos and Force star Lucy Dinnen (73 points) wasn't far behind Valuese Tiakia (Wests Scarborough) with 78 points.

Fortescue Academy and Associates scrum-half Cristiano Tizzano stormed home with seven votes in the final six rounds to finish runner-up with 15 votes in the PG Hampshire Award behind Nedlands’ fly-half Matty Lansdown on 18.

Tizzano's Associates will play in Saturday's Men's Fortescue Premier Grade Grand Final against Palmyra at Kalamunda's Hartfield Park.

The Force wishes all competing teams across the numerous grand finals on Saturday the best of luck.
