Paenga-Amosa joined the Force ahead of the 2025 Super Rugby season after spending the previous three seasons playing in France with Montpellier, winning the Top 14 title in 2022. Prior to that, he was with the Queensland Reds, earning 56 Super Rugby caps and scoring 14 tries, leading to his Wallabies debut in 2018 in Brisbane against Ireland. Auckland-born Paenga-Amosa comes from Samoan and New Zealand Maori heritage. He is a father of two girls and one recently born boy. He has completed an advanced Diploma in Youth Work, a degree in theology and has an interest in garbology. Always an enigmatic bubbly personality, Paenga-Amosa also enjoys daddy day care, fishing and fellowship. ‘BPA’s sister Katalina recently joined the Force’s Super W squad.
