Molina is an Argentina international lock, who established himself as a key figure of Los Pumas over the past two years. He joined the Force ahead of the 2026 season, after spending 2024-25 with English Premiership Rugby outfit Exeter Chiefs where he also played in the European Champions Cup, totalling 17 games including 12 starts. Prior to that, Cordoba-born Molina experienced success in Super Rugby Americas, reaching the final in four consecutive seasons with three different franchises, including titles with Jaguares XV (2022) and hometown team Dogos XV (2024). Molina was part of the Argentina side that finished third at the 2016 World Rugby U20 Championship where he teamed up with ex-Force players Domingo Miotti and Santiago Medrano. He is a qualified civil engineer whose sporting idol is tennis player Juan Martin Del Potro.
