Ball-playing inside back Freeman joined the Force prior to last October’s Japan tour after leading Sydney University to the NSW Jack Scott Cup premiership in August, where she was voted the side’s first grade best and fairest player. Prior to that, Freeman made her Super W debut with the Melbourne Rebels in early 2024, appearing five times. Freeman attended the well-regarded rugby school King’s College and had an apprenticeship under Black Ferns fly-half Ruahei Demant playing in New Zealand with Auckland Storm. She’s a graphic designer by trade.
