Argentinian hooker Oviedo adds a strong presence to the Force front row, weighing in at 118 kilograms. Oviedo is uncapped at international level but has come close, spending time with the Felipe Contepomi’s Los Pumas squad in 2024 and playing two games for Argentina XV in November last year. The front-rower joined the Force from Super Rugby Americas club Dogos XV, where he scored seven tries in 16 appearances, after previous stints in Uruguay and France. Oviedo hails from Cordoba, where teammates Molina and Moyano also originate, with all three previously playing for Dogos XV.
