Experienced back-rower captained the Force in 2023, his first season at the Club after switching from the Rebels. The 30-year-old also has Super Rugby experience with the Waratahs and Brumbies, the latter where he debuted in 2016. He represented Australia at under-age level and Sevens. Wells has a Bachelor of Law and is a RA Players’ Union player director. Wells and his wife Amelia welcomed their first child into the world last year.
