Sef Fa'agase

The experienced versatile prop, who can play loosehead or tighthead, joined for the Force ahead of the 2026 season after playing 92 games for the Queensland Reds across two stints. He also had brief stints with the Highlanders (2019) and the Melbourne Rebels (2022). He’s never been capped internationally but played for Australia XV in 2016 against the Barbarians and was drafted into Australia wider training squads after that. Fa’agase was born in Auckland but raised in south-east Queensland where he supported the Brisbane Broncos as a child, while The Rock was his sporting idol growing up. Fa’agase, who is of Samoan descent, is a father to two boys. He enjoys watching NFL, fishing and hunting in his down time and fancies himself in the kitchen as a cook.
