Newcastle-born Annan joined the Force on an injury cover contract late in 2025, making his Club debut against the Hurricanes in Round 5. Annan earned his opportunity after spending time with the Force's wider training squad in pre-season. The outside back, who can also play fly-half and centre, previously spent time with the Queensland Reds, where he made 13 Super Rugby appearances in 2023 and 2024 and in Australia’s U20s set-up, joining the Force after an NRL stint with the Newcastle Knights.
