The Western Force is thrilled to announce it will host the Club’s annual Fan Day alongside their final trial game against the ACT Brumbies at Revo Fitness Stadium in Claremont on Saturday 10 February.

As part of a league-wide Super Rugby Pacific announcement, the Force’s two trial games prior to the 2024 season were today confirmed.

The Force will take on the Queensland Reds at Ballymore Stadium on Saturday 3 February, before hosting the Brumbies at Revo Fitness Stadium on Saturday 10 February from 5pm WST.

As part of the Force’s home trial game, the Club will invite Members and supporters to come along for a free Fan Day that includes activations, player signature and selfie opportunities along with live rugby action.

The WA Rugby community are encouraged to enjoy the free event which will also include Super W players and coaches in attendance and plenty of exciting and fun activities prior to kick-off from 4pm. Fans are also welcome to mix with the Force players with “fans on field” following the final whistle.

Force Acting CEO Niamh O’Connor said: “There’s a lot of buzz and anticipation around our 2024 Super Rugby season which will be head coach Simon Cron’s second season leading an exciting group topped up with a list of talented new signings including Wallabies Ben Donaldson and Nic White.

“As a result, we’re rapt to invite our Members and supporters down to our home trial game for our free Fan Day where they can meet and rub shoulders with all of our players.

“Not only that, but fans can watch the Force live in action against another Super Rugby opponent free of charge.”

The trial games against the Reds and Brumbies will also provide Cron and his coaching staff with an opportunity to assess the playing group ahead of the Force’s Super Rugby season opener on Friday 23 February 7pm WST at HBF Park against the Hurricanes.

The Force’s off-season additions include Donaldson, White, Lopeti Faifua, Will Harris, Harry Hoopert, Atu Moli, Henry O’Donnell, and Harry Potter.

“These trial games are a crucial part of our preparation for the 2024 Super Rugby Pacific season as we continue to build our cohesion as a team,” Cron said.

“The coaches and playing group also love these opportunities to connect with our Members and fans and cannot wait for Fan Day ahead of the 2024 season.”

Memberships are on sale now, including the offer of free Junior Memberships.
